Step 1 - Inquire & Book Your Paris Photo Session
While planning your dream trip to Paris with your loved ones, you’ve come across our work or were referred to us by friends or family. You realized that the best souvenir of all would be to hire us to capture this special trip to remember forever through photographs. At L’amour de Paris, we are a fully English-speaking team. Once you inquire with us, you’re immediately in the very capable hands of our dedicated office manager, Megan. She operates on US time, based just outside of Chicago, so you know your communication with us will be clearly understandable and timely. Megan will guide you through the entire booking process. She can help navigate our location guide, choose the perfect date and time slot for your Paris photo session, and guide you to answers of any other questions you may have in regards to your session.
Step 1 - Inquire & Book Your Paris Photo Session

Once your date is secured, your creative journey begins with a personal consultation with CheyAnne or Doug. During this call, we’ll move beyond the logistics to discuss the artistry of your session—confirming your chosen locations, answering wardrobe questions, and envisioning exactly how your portraits will live within your home. By "designing with the end in mind," we ensure every shutter click is intentional, whether we are capturing a grand statement piece for your mantel or a visual narrative for your coffee table. This is also the ideal time to explore our curated pre-session art collections, allowing you to secure your favorite heirlooms at exclusive studio pricing before you even arrive in Paris.

You will either work with one of our owners & principal photographers CheyAnne or Doug, or our amazing Associate photographer Kevin. Doug and CheyAnne are American and Kevin is Irish (and has the wonderful accent as well:) so you can rest easy knowing communication during the session will be completely in English. Collectively we have over 20 years of experience as professional photographers, with the last 8 years being in Paris. We will guide you through how to pose and share some tips and tricks to enjoying your time in Paris.
Step 3 - Time for your Paris Portrait session!
You’ve made it to Paris and it’s time to have some fun together and capture this trip of a lifetime! This exclusive, 1:1 design session allows us to curate your included Heirloom Album and select your wall art together. By the end of this reveal and design session, you will have made the decisions and purchases for all of your favorite memories from this trip and there’s no more work for you to do. Simply sit back and wait for your album or wall art to arrive, and enjoy reliving your Paris experience over and over again!

After your session with one of our talented associate photographers, you will receive a curated online gallery delivered to your inbox within 10-12 business days. From the comfort of your home, you can easily transform your favorite captured moments into museum-grade wall art or custom albums, allowing you to build your legacy on your own timeline.
Step 4 - In-Person Reveal Session for Signature Experience clients
